For technical assistance it is recommended to contact our staff at: sales@flo-deurope.com.

In order to take advantage of the support service is recomended to send:

  • All .DAT files
  • Error message screenshot
  • We will answer your email as soon as possible, usually in less than 24 hours

Support Service is offered in 2 ways:

Technical Support (included with the “Annual Subscription Service” purchase of the FLO-2D PRO software purchase) that includes:

  • Installation issues
  • Registration and licensing issues
  • Clarification of documentation
  • Use of the main function of the software
  • Error and warning messages
  • Basic questions regarding data import and conversion (from older versions, competing products, or other data sources)

Custom Support (NOT included with the software purchase) that includes:

  • Project-specific assistance
  • Project review
  • Review and interpretation of model results
  • Project Validation with a delivery of an official letter to the public body or institution that will receive your study

Previous Version Code Error Policy. Code error (bugs) inquires will be accepted only for the last and immediately previous released version of the software. We encourage FLO-2D  users to keep their software up to date.
