2019 marked a significant milestone for FLO-2D Europe, characterized by the strengthening of relationships with universities, research institutions, and industrial partners.
Collaboration with academics specialized in hydrogeological risk modeling made it possible to launch new scientific initiatives and to organize workshops and seminars dedicated to the use of the FLO-2D model in hydraulic and environmental risk management.
At the same time, ongoing dialogue with FLO-2D USA consolidated a knowledge bridge between Europe and the United States, opening up new opportunities for growth and international development.
These activities contributed to building a solid community of professionals and researchers, laying the foundations for the exchange of experiences and the dissemination of best practices. 2019 was therefore the year of sowing, from which projects were born that expanded the international visibility of the software.
